On and off again!!! Thats how I have been. Excerise is NOT going well...i so MISS working out with my partner after work...he always kept me there and going and NOW we have a fancy membership at the YMCA and we dont go together anymore it totally sucks!! But Im gonna try to do it this week and Ive planned out all my meals so i should show a nice weight loss this week...i would LOVE to be UNDER 200lbs by summer time....we shall see
