Way to go. Keep going. I looked at your food diary and saw Carbmaster Raspberry yogurt. that sounds delicious. Where did you find it in your area. I've never seen it here, but would love to make a suggestion at the stores around here. have a great day and keep up the good work.:)

Laupug1 - They are delicious and they really help with my "sweet tooth" - I think I like the spiced pear the best! The only stores I know that carry them for sure are Smith, Kroeger & Ralphs. Hope that helps. Have a blessed day!
