It is great to know how well my body react to some foods and what it needs and wants combined with exercising and muscle building program. Such a great journey to know myself

I am heading down that same path - strength training and building muscle is a really prominent part of what I am trying to achieve, as I understand its relationship to metabolism.
How did you go about it? Did you devise something yourself if did you follow a program?

@jomo1903 I watched and read so much videos about how our body works and have experimented so many different ways in these 15+ months with my own body. I eventually just came up with my own program to do, everything is self taught (locked down periods in and out too)... from what I eat to how I workout actually. My program is only suitable to my own body as I know what it likes and what it doesn’t take well. Go follow Jeremy from “Work with Science”, “Greg Douchette” and “Dr Stan Ekberg”... these 3 are good, and no, I don’t do keto diet as I believe carbs are important... doing 16/8 - 18/6 myself and train fasted in the morning.

I’m also binge watching videos- I’ve looked at Greg Douchette but not the other two. There’s such a lot on YouTube.
I’ve devised my own program as well, based on the best info I can find plus long experience. A lot of what I’m doing is based on the Body for Life and Back to Fit programs created by Bill Phillips, because I’m old enough to be ‘old school’. 😂. You won’t find anything much about those on the internet, they’re so old, 1990s, but the books are still around, secondhand at a hefty Price. I can’t find my copy of body for life and it’s driving me crazy.
Basically I’m on higher protein, less carbs and fats - but good ones! I eat mountains of veggies most days and depend on mainly high protein cottage cheese, WPI and pea protein powder for the bulk of my protein as I’m a vegetarian.
I do weights workouts 6 days a week and and walk every day especially the essential half hour in the early morning.
