Stuck d angka 68 terus nih, padahal target 8kg lg tp rasanya kok jenuh bngt dietnya, makan nyampah terus😪😪😪

sama, kayak bosen aja gak sih kadang? bb ku 60 tb 154 (over weight), aku makan sesuai tb+bb = 1400. diimbangin olahraga sehari 10-15 mnt. disitu terus angkanyaa:' perut juga masih gitu gitu aja ga langsing:''
