Hi MJHolmes, I am doing the 5:2 plan, avoiding meal after 6pm and lots of exercise. What you mentioned...is that similar to Atkins diet?

Yes it is similar to the Atkins diet. I have to see a dietian every 5 weeks and this is what she put me on. Except, it is only 800cal intake a day and I must confess, I have eaten more than 800 cals. lol. But I'm getting back on track. ;-)

Chocolate with high cocoa content! that is one of the super foods. Try nibbling on that when having a sugar craving Lalafalala
