It's a High Intensity Interval Training exercise program by V Shred. I have intermittently done these exercises and found it helpful to lose weight. I restarted working out this week again.

I have at least 15 - 5K Walks but should do more regular walking each week even if its indoor since it is cold outside now.

@Jodie sounds like great workouts for muscle strength. I am working to add some cardio to my workouts and yet to get to that goal.

@Darlene, I agree! Cardio like walks help so much with daily health development. My cardio is low and working towards increasing the frequency.
