Up early and ready to go! Feel pretty good and feel like I have lost quite a bit of bloat, especially around the belly area! I think I'll start the day with "Dinner", that is a big ground beef pattie and maybe a salad to fill up. No headache - yet. Have to work today so I need to pack a lunch and a snack just in case. Didn't win the Lotto so I guess I'm my own chef again for the week! I will do some walking at work to fulfil my challenge goals and some stretching later tonight. Lost two poun ds, probably water, but it is motivational to see that! I'm sure I may lose several pounds the first week, mostly bloat and water but I'll take it! Let's do this!
