Pants!! No weight loss this week but with all the fitness I am doing I am starting to tone. Well I would be really pi**ed off it I had nothing to show for it. :-)
88.9 kg Lost so far: 8.3 kg.    Still to go: 12.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
