My lunches have been way off. I’m happy with this as I was expecting a bigger gain. I’m actually down a pound from this past Monday.
82.0 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 2.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

What kind of diet are you on if I may ask do you keto or just calories I know you can do it keep doing your best be blessed

Jenny, I just do CICO, no specific diet. I started around 205 and I hover at 180 now. My goal of 170 was a number I picked that I’d like to hit but I think my body likes being around 180. I need to mount a final push to get to 170.
