For the 1st time ever, I have gained weight since the day I started healthy living. And tbh, I am still on low calorie diet (though the calorie deficit is lesser now, I increased my food intake). And also I walked and did exercise for 30 minutes and that was the besr I could do. I really dont know why I gained weight and its really really dissapointing. I had not expected to loose any but I had not expected to gain too. And now, I am super demotivated. I don't know what I am gonna do next. Will keep you updated. Stay healthy. Cheers!
