This was a very mentally disturbing week for me. My college opens 1st December and trust me, I am so homesick, I cried for 2 days straight. It is just that I was so comfortable here, I just dont wanna go anywhere. I was feeling very low, so I didnt exercise much but I did workout for 30mins every day. I didn't complete Emi Wong's challange because they became super boring towards the end. Now, I have started incorporating Pamela's workout in my routine. This week, I don't know how much I will be able to workout. I just want to keep my diet right and try to workout 15 mins a day. I will keep you posted. I just hope I dont gain weight the next week and I think I won't. This week's loss is pretty nice and unexpected and healthy.
Measurements:- Chest-36 inches Waist- 30.4 inches Lower belly- 35.8 inches Hips- 39 inches Thigh (thickest part)- 23.4 inches Arms- 11 inches.
Being healthy is a choice and a lifestyle change, so despite what comes I will stick to it. And I hope you will too. Cheers!
