omg.i was so sick this weekend.still don't feel very well,lots of muscle aches and weakness, but i'm not as nauseated or dizzy...or hot..or freezing. i really didn't even want to record my weigh in, but just in case it doesn't come back up i went ahead with it. i am going to try some yoga today in hopes that it won't be too much,but i feel like i need to steer from cardio for a few days. besides i have enough housework backed up from the past few days that should get my heart rate up!8-)
