I haven't calorie counted in about a month but am mindful of what I can eat and what/how my body responds to certain foods/drinks. I feel my body has finally found its happy place at age 36. I did Keto for 6months June-Dec 2019 (lost 16kgs) and since then have fluctuated 2-3kgs doing low carb. But for the last 3 months I've eaten normal carbs including bread/pasta etc and I don't feel bloated like I used to prior keto. So I'm super happy with where the journey has taken me ☺
