Made really stupid, excessive, and indulgent snack decisions last night. I had a rotten migraine all day and by night I was just seeking whatever might make me feel good. I didn’t record a gain this morning but it could come out in the next day or two. I refuse to beat myself up about it but I need to be more mindful.

Hi, I think it is a sain decision to relief the pain (physical and moral) that a longlasting migrain can generate. To nurture compassion and tenderness towards ourself is crutial ;) These food are called comfort food for a reason. That's a strategy we have all used sometimes. You have decided to stop using it, which is a physical healthy decision. Now is the time to find a strategy to take care of your emotial needs : call a friend, have a cup of tea or warm milk, a bath with essential oil, relax with music, candels. You will find something. In the meantime, compassion is essential🫂 Take care.
