Yay! This is what I weighed the first time I stood on my new scale, which replaced the one my brother gave me for Christmas back in 1999. FTR, his scale was always 3lbs nicer than the new one.
In any case, I'm at the bottom weight of my longest plateau.🧘🏼♀️
Hydration and protein are my mantras...
