Anyone else here doing a large weight loss?

I started out at 222 lbs in May at the end of my 3rd pregnancy (so that first 10lb loss was the baby). I’m getting really close to my first goal weight of 150 and I feel amazing!
70.8 kg Lost so far: 29.9 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week

Good job! I’m just starting out, trying to loose 100 pound. I’m 219 right now hoping to be around the 150 mark by this time next year and hopefully down to my prepregnancy weight of 120 before summer of 2022.

Wow congratulations! I’m at 220 trying to at least get to 190 and then gradually to about 170lbs. I just had second child 10 months ago. What have you been doing to lose all this weight and how long did it take you if you don’t mind me asking?

Yup. 18-24 months ago I was 265, sitting around 180 presently, wasn’t a weight loss thing, I’m on a fat loss deal, so I anticipate going back up in weight as muscle starts to build faster than fat burns off.

wonderful! I started 2019 at 243 and got to about 170 that year. I haven't gotten into it much this year but I have kept the bulk of it off. I want to lose enough to at least be where I started at the beginning of the year.

I also had my 3rd baby 4 months ago and was at 235. My goal is 195! Down to 226 so far with minimal effort ... it’s time to get serious because I know it won’t last :)

Please, tell us more about your diet and tips! I started one week ago at 198 lb, I also had my 3rd baby 10 months ago, my aim 130lb.

Congrats, great job!!! I had my 3rd baby in July. I was 205lbs now down to 163.
