So no weight loss, no gain either which is good. My friend told me to expect this, even on biggest loser there is a week or 2 of little to no weigh lost then it goes back up. I hope that is the case for me. I just want to be under 200lbs so bad.

My goal for next week is to eat at least 1200 calories. I think I have been eating too few causing me to store the weight instead of letting it go. Also to lose 3 lbs. That will take me to 198. I will workout more this week too. I am really going to bust my butt to get under 200.

I can do this! I know I can.

That's a great idea. Anything under 1200 calories a day isn't really good for our bodies (you don't get proper nutrition). You are doing great!
