Followed my diet yesterday pretty well other than a few more gingersnaps than planned. Today I have gone for protein dense and satisfying for meals and will see how I end up, today. Just 2 more days till my unfill. In the meantime I will try to do very mindful eating to avoid more stuck episodes.
