I started working out every day since my last recorded weigh in. I think I’m gaining muscle and retaining water because I’m still staying in a pretty good caloric deficit. Trying not to be paranoid about the weight gain because my boyfriends are telling me they’re noticing me get more toned and trim since I started working out.
