After a wonderful week of hanging loose and eating things NOT on the diet plan, aka State Fair Food (mostly on sticks) and enjoying dining with my visiting daughter and friend from Texas - I was kinda afraid to step on the scales this AM. How thrilling to see that I'd only put back on 2 lbs since they arrived.
I didn't eat allot of anything while my company was here - but I sure ate a little of everything. LOL
But now I'm back at it because all that I've been doing in the last few months is certainly paying off. Even my new size 16's are fitting loosely.
Am I bragging?!? You bet I am - but I'm also saying all this as encouragement to all of us who want/need to shed some lbs. It's so worth the effort.
