So, the holiday binge comes to an end. I have been shocked to discover how bad it could get and how incapable of bringing it to a stop I have been. This has been frightening. I can see now how easy it would be to return to old habits and my old weight.

I have also been too tight with my band lately. This has led to increased grazing and eating more sliders, though it is not the primary reason for the binge or weight gain. That was all me and my being compulsive.

Yesterday I ate much less and today it is done. From here on out I journal every bite, weigh and measure everything and concentrate on doing the things that are right. On Thursday I will get a slight unfill, too, so I can end the stuck episodes and the bringing things back up. My behavior has been total b.s. I don't want to and don't have to live like this anymore.

Exercise has not been an option for the past month since my right SI joint has been dislocated and am in pretty much agony. I have been working with the chiropractor but we are having trouble getting anything to work. I live on Vicodin or I am immobile. This is depressing, interferes with quality of life, as well as my sleep. I can't get moving until nearly 11 am by the time I get my coffee in so I can get food down, eat breakfast and take my drugs, then wait for them to work, if they do. Then I can deal with queasiness. Lots O' Fun! Well, anyway, I am done using this as an excuse to eat, and will have to find something I can do to increase my activity level.
68.4 kg Lost so far: 11.0 kg.    Still to go: 7.2 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
