Start again today. Lost 23kgs 18 months ago and found it all again. Various reasons. I need someone to food prep as I hate cooking and will have to make 2 meals. Hubby doesn't eat anything other than meat and veg
95.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 15.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
