I was afraid to get on the scale after over eating 2 days ago on my birthday. Got Domino's delivery at work and I had decided not to skimp on anything including having a chocolate lava crunch cake! So shocked to see my weight actually went down, even with my long johns on! I guess watching what I eat does pay off, even with an extreme cheat occasion. So happy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There's "a light at the end of the tunnel" and I can see it!

It wasn’t a cheat day, it was your birthday!!!! Happy belated! And yes our bodies need proper re feed days too. Re feeds of foods we don’t consume on the regular!!!! It’s amazing, it’s not cheating.
