Losing 1.0 kg a Week

I have seen my daily calorie intake according to my height weight and age. Everybody's calorie intake is depend upon their height age and weight. My calorie intake is 1650 so I need to eat 500 less calories per day to lose 0.5 kg in a week. So I quit all the sugary drinks and junk food that I used to have too much back then and start managing my calories to 1100 approx. Daily excercise is must. I run on treadmill for 16 minutes. 1 min on 6.5 speed and 2 minutes on 4.5 speed and alternate them in 16 minutes. Then I do some cardio exercises. I do abs and full body six days a week but I alternate arms and legs. 3 abs, 2 full body, 5 arms and the other day 5 legs. On seventh day I dont do cardio exercises. Only do the treadmill and give body rest the seventh day. Do this for a week and 1 kg loss in a week. Just see your carbs fat and protein ratio in food. If the carbs are higher, no problem with that because it is a little higher. Dont eat too much junk. You can have a cheat meal once in two weeks but not more than that. Also 10 to 12 glasses of water is must. Drinking 10 to 12 glasses of water really helps as I have seen myself. I started to have clear skin, my face and body beacme more clear and it is always good to stay hydrated. I do my exercises from the app "Weight loss fitness by verv" 10/10 recommended app. There are so many useful tips there also. Also so many exercises you can choose from and they also have their own plan for you if you want to follow that. If you want to loose weight just do it. You only have one body so take care of it before someone else has to take care of it🙂
