Ok. I dont know how many it is but it sure as hell ain't no 1400 calz. I need a tastebud-ectomy. *grr* good news: I had only 1 major sweet today (cinn roll). Sadly, I usually have two things like that on average each day. My goal is to be able to cut down to ... uh oh... I did have the nutella... MANNNN..... OK. Monday, I am going to have no more than One sweet! (Trying to set a goal for zero sweets will just set me up for failure at this point.)
