i weighed in this morning no gain, no loss...but hopin to show one soon...since i havnt had a loss in a few days...
134.7 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Did I forget you again this morning or were you not online early? I am sort of out of my routine with a couple of days off from school for a long wekend. Keep pluggin' right along. That weight will come off. I know it will!

im havin the orange sherbert shakes...lol...second day of no sherbert...i almost dipped in it when i was up at midnite between a bathroom run...but instead i went straight back to bed...
