Tracking all your food, from the tiniest little things you munch on, to the great big meals, really helps. Especially when you do it as you eat, so you can sort of plan out the rest of your day based on how much you ate before. Remember to always eat at least 1000 calories so your body doesn't freak out. Good luck to us all! I did well on weight watchers, then got stressed and gained it all back, but I kept going to the meetings, and now I've convinced myself I deserve to be healthier, so I've started tracking again. And Rachel is right, tracking EVERYTHING is the key.
