Workouts are great, but weight loss is mostly about diet (especially when you have little to lose). Are you tracking all your food honestly? Those bites, licks and tastes add up. Are you drinking water/liquids? Water flushes out sodium and keeps everything moving. Are you getting enough lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies? Protein and high fiber foods help us lose better than any other food groups. Are you eating too many processed foods? They contain tons of sodium and sometimes it's about WHAT you eat and not always HOW MUCH. You may need to play around with calories to see what will help you lose.
