I was doing really well at sticking to my eating window the last week and a bit. I slipped a couple times but didn’t binge 👍🏽 I was doing a cheat day every week but I think I’m turning it into every other week now. I really want to accomplish my weight loss goal by the end of the year. I initially wanted to achieve it by the end of the summer, I don’t know what I was thinking lol.

Try a cheat meal instead maybe, sometimes a cheat day can set you back further then you'd expect. An indulgent meal every now and again as a reward works for me. Good luck!
