Here I go, back to it again, the it being dieting.
I have gone off the rails this summer; eating the wrong things, too much, not caring, feeling defeated ect...
I am going to put myself first and keep going.
106.6 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
