Gained another pound. My grandpa came up to visit and took us out to eat. I didn't go nuts, drank water, didn't stuff myself. Still. Oh well...
64.4 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
