I'm still 168, but I already had a big breakfast so I'm good with that. Day 3 of 1 hour exercise a day! Holding steady and heading down. By the way, a week may not be long enough for this challenge. Let's feel free to extend it but I need a 3 day break during my period. How does that sound?
