因為我最近荷爾蒙失調, 身體出現左問題, 所以要調整下飲食, 回復正常番少少, 唔刻意減重, 之前過輕體脂又過低, 而家叫標準體重啦, overall正常飲食番3個星期重番4kg左右keep住上上落落都維持住呢個體重, 好穩定, 希望keep住先啦, 等身體正常番再從運動落手啦😌
