Not budging but not losing hope.
64.0 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

When you are already at a low weight and don't have much to lose, it can take longer and be more difficult to get those pounds off. You might only eek out a half a pound a week, so it will take patience. Track all your food honestly. Play around with calories. Get plenty of protein and high fiber foods. Drink water (it helps flush out sodium and keeps things moving). Exercise (if you are able) can be your best friend. If you already exercise, kick up your intensity or duration. You can do it!

Thanks Suzi! I'm super low calorie right now so I don't think I can exercise yet. I will up my calories and start working out soon though! Thanks!

It's good to know about the 1/2 pound a week thing too. I'm probably still in the mindset from 10 years ago when I was in my 20s and I could think about dieting and lose weight :)
