well I'm shocked I have lost since I haven't been to the gym since last wednesday--I feel like a ball of mashed potatoes so I'm not happy. And I know that this deviation from diet and exercise is not the way to go. Hopefully, I will get back in the swing either today or tomorrow. It's been a tough week, but really not an excuse and I need to kick myself in the rear NOW.
