Doggone it. Tried to move that scale down another pound this week - but I seem to be stuck right around that same weight I've been for the last couple of weeks - give or take an oz or two. Hummmmm.
83.2 kg Lost so far: 21.1 kg.    Still to go: 12.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
