No change today but that is OK. I had decided that I would start back to Body Pump when I hit 159. I am planning on going Monday regardless of whether I have met my goal or not. I know I will not lose much the first month back a BP so I am going to take my measurements. I know I will lose inches and not so many pounds. I am dreading not being about to walk or sit next week but at least I will know it is doing something good for my body!
