I mean whtat type of diet, calories u took each day, duration of ur workout and what type of workout. And did u have any cheat meal day.

@abid i run 5 km everyday including 1 hr walking after every meal i do crunches that's it...and if it comes to my diet my daily calories intake is 400 to 500 . and i cheat meals once in a week ...😊

Ok! But the problem is that i m of 14 and i want to lose weight but i understand that as i m in my groweng age i cannot understand what to take hw much to take or what shld i take more proteins, carbs or fibre

Currently i m taking 900 cal at average and doing
fast zumba 30 mins in thr morning empty stomach and 30 mins at the evening
