I am gradually taking off those excess pounds I put on over thanksgiving I am seriously hoping to see 209 soon. I can feel it coming to me LOL! I am doing better I do need to get back into doing my exercise routine I know that would help so much I sit back and wonder why I paid 60.00 for the zumba program if I am not going to use it. It is the time of the month right now so I amy not use it tonight I am in a little pain but if everything goes right I will have that dvd in use tomorrow and hopefully be back walking. TOODLES
