first day of 5day fast, clean, started last night at 5pm.
only will eat bone broth and plan on plenty of exercise, mostly cardio but some lifting as well.
lets see what we see.
ate plenty of lean foods Sat and Sunday. Almost 1000 cals each day, avg 10% carb. No brkfast. Feel great!
Definitely still in keto - i can taste it.
