So it is a loss but technically not because I weighed less last week. Started running though and have suprised myself how much I am enjoying it! I use the word "Run" lightly because its a mixture of walking, huffing, puffing and only a sprinkle of running. Feels good to say run though. 😅 Now for the weekend that are normal the worst for me in terms of committing.
