I know it’s depressing right now, but I am your same weight and have the same goal - so don’t give up you’re getting there!! You can eat what you want really if you just fast because that’s what I’m doing and I’m losing - slowly, but I have a really good lunch and then I go back on my fast. Just skipping all that food you would’ve eaten during the fast will help you lose weight. Then you can eat anything you want and then go back on the fast. Don’t give up I’m following you!😁👍
