I do home workout, from a loose belly fat app. And also, a few more that I like 6 days a week, one day rest. Some days when I dont feel like doing the app exercises, I do Chloe Ting's exercises. This is my progress of a week. But this week, I lost 0.6kg.

@richaa_ Wow Richa. I usually loose between 0.5 to 1 kg per week. I am on calorie deficit. And I usually do strength training at home without equipments for 50mins to an hr per day.

@richaa I dont have a diet chart per se. Since I live with my parents, I cant really follow a specific diet, they won't allow me. Besides, I dont cook.
I take rice and chappati too but I do strict portioning.
Breakfast is usually upma and finger millets. (Less portions of both of them and I have them in 3hrs gap)
Lunch is half cup rice+ 1chappati+ home made veggies (I also try to have dal/paneer/egg/fish/soyabean)
Dinner is 2 chappatis (whole grain) + veggies/paneer/egg/soyabean
In the morning, 1 glass of jeera in water
Evening green tea after my workout
Before sleeping, lemon and honey with lukewarm water.
And my workouts usually burn around 200 calories. I do jumping for 5 10mins in the morning and no equipment strength training in the evening.
Overally, my calorie deficit ranges between 500-750 calories (approx).

Hi Kiran.. I have a couple of things I do.. may be it would help...
1. I keep a picture of who would I want to be as fit as ..
2. I have a favourite dress that I have grown out off. So I try it once a month to see if it fits.
3. I have a fitness goal + treat every year- a trek, walking holiday, marathon...
This has been helping so far..

@kiranmohanty i also live with my parents....
breakfast 2 boiled eggs with 15 almonds and an apple..
lunch 2 chapati with dal or any vegetable dahi and green salad..
dinner only green salad..
workout... i walk daily 9k to 10k steps.. that hlp me to burn 400 - 500 calories and 1 hr yoga 200 calories i burn...
