Really did not do well today. Got a little crazy actually. I got caught out hungry and decided to get a soft taco. The intention was to just eat the insides and ditch the tortilla. But I ate it. All of it! Then, for dinner, the kids had pizza. My youngest doesn't eat the crust. So I ate it! And half of a piece he didn't eat. I knew I would feel horrible about doing it, but did it anyway. ...Very happy tomorrow is a new day and another chance to get it right.
