I've been real good at not having no junk food. Using Stiva in my coffee in stead of sugar and drinking Fruit2o water instead of soda. Exercising a bit more too. Hoping I can keep it going because now is about the time I sabotage the progress I made.
130.4 kg Lost so far: 21.0 kg.    Still to go: 5.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
