Well I am only holding steady but not going to give up. Still have 30 lbs to go.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Hi Melissa: You seem to be having Atkins bars and MIMs (the flaxseed, baking powder and splenda). Both are known to stall weight loss (many have complained). So you might want to try cutting those out for a while to see if your weight loss gets going again. Good luck! helen
