konsisten aja ka dan harus sabaran, aku udah dari bulan juni defisit kalori, rutin olahraga juga tiap hari, makanan aku bebas, semingguan kmrn malah aku makan garlic cheese bread terus 😅 tapi ttp on track defisit kalori
