(sigh) - I'll try not to be impatient with the scale. I just seriously got back on track last Wednesday. First mini-Goal - 10 lbs down over the next 30 days.
72.2 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, Kathy. I think half of it is probably water weight - I'll dial back the aggressive goals after I get through this next 30 days!
