This is my first letdown. I had some family come in yesterday and they brought homemade EVERYTHING because they were not going to be here for thanksgiving. I didnt think I did so bad but I gained about .6 ounces which took me back to 220's I am dissapointed being I am going to be having dinner with family Thursday. I am back on top and my family is leaving today at lunchtime. On a good note the homemade caramel cinnmon rolls my mother in law made this morning I didn't devour into got up and had a shake yay. (hope she doesn't think i'm snobby)
100.0 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

It's hard when you pop back into a range you thought you'd left behind. You just have to keep telling yourself it's only .4 over and it WILL drop again! Good for you bypassing those cinnamon rolls and going for a shake instead. That had to have been so-o-o hard....you get major pats on the back for that choice!!
