Lost a little weight but more important I have lost inches just about everywhere. I'm on track and motivated but I have been down this road many times. I have to dig into my power (Will) and keep it going. I stopped eating after 8 pm and drinking more carbonated water and favorited water to replace the soda I drink regularly.
